From bottom to top, we have Mohamed Salah, surely, a top class player. Salah signed a five-year contract with English side Liverpool in July 2018. He’s been in glorious form, making him the Premier League’s top goal scorer for two straight seasons, earning him the Golden Boot award twice.
Within this time, Salah helped his team to a second consecutive UEFA Champions League Final in 2019. Where they lifted the trophy at the expense of Spurs. After losing it to Real Madrid in 2018. Bale signed for Real Madrid in 2013 later on, he signed an extension three years later that will keep at the club till June 2022.
Dating back to 2018, Bale scored two goals off the bench to lead Real Madrid to its third straight UEFA Champions League victory.

In May, Griezmann made it known that he was leaving Atletico Madrid after a spell of five years. He featured for Atletico Madrid in 260 matches and scored a total of 133 goals. He has since moved Atletico Rivals Barcelona.
He played a massive role during the 2018 World Cup where his team France were crowned champions, scoring, and the other setting up eight of the 14 goals that led the team to being champions.

Contract: Four years, $26.5 million (23.4 million) annually
Oscar rose to popularity during his five years spell with Chelsea, but in 2017 he surprising decided to move to Shanghai SIPG of the Chinese Super League.
The lucrative deal, like you might rightly guess, quadrupled his weekly take-home pay. This automatically placed him on the list of highest paid footballers.
8. Mesut Ozil – $30.2 million (26.7 million)

Ozil signed for Arsenal in 2013. He will later go on to sign a three-year extension in 2018 that made sure his annual pay was doubled.
He and his fiancé declared they would celebrate their wedding by funding 1,000 life-changing surgeries that will benefit underprivileged children.
7. Kylian Mbappe – $30.6 million (27.1 million)

Contract: Three years, $20 million (17.7 million) annually
Mbappe broke the record as the youngest French player at 19 years old to bang a goal in a World Cup and second-youngest the the finals of a World Cup in 2018. He signed for Paris Saint-Germain on loan in 2017 with an obligation for PSG to buy him which was activated and he signed a permanent contract with the club in 2018.
The forward generously donated his $500,000 (442,000) bonuses from the World Cup to a charity that arranges sporting happenings for disabled children. He emerged as the 2018 World Cup Best Young Player in 2018.
His new contract with PSG means an increase in his take home wages, automatically placing him on a good spot in the list of highest paid footballers in the world.
6. Alexis Snchez – $30.8 million (27.2 million)

Contract: Four 1/2 years, $21.5 million (19 million) annually
Sanchez was transferred from Arsenal to their rivals Manchester United in 2018. His move was not all sweet as he only managed just six goals and had five assists in a whopping 37 outing in his first full season as he battled with injuries.
Sanchez is also a movie star playing a lead role in the 2019 film ‘Mi Amigo Alexis’ a movie about a young Chilean boy who had the dreams of following in the footsteps hero.
With his wage rise following his Manchester United contract, Alexis is one the highest paid footballer in the world.

Iniesta spent a whole 22 years of his footballing career with Barcelona, three of thosehe was a captain, before he retired from the national side and left Barcelona to join Japan’s Vissel Kobe in 2018.
Iniesta owns a winery that started production in 2010, as well as a bottle named Minuto 116 for the minute he scored Spain’s 2010 World Cup title-winning goal.
